Flex and Flow Class combines very low impact aerobics, range of motion, stretching, balance and strength using your own body or assisted with bands, balls and chairs. All levels are welcome from beginner to advance. Always working at your own level, the instructor will assist and guide you and to adapt to your own skill level.
